Working within the community has always been very important  here at United Graphic Design. Having  had the opportunity to work with projects based in Cardiff and Bridgend we were excited to be given the chance to partner up with Valleys to Coast Housing on a project based in Maesteg.

The community garden project in Caerau Park involved working with the local children in designing metal signs that would be on display in the garden. United Graphic Design worked alongside V2C offering their services by working with local children to turn their suggestions and sketches into professional graphic designs that were then used for the signs that would be on display. The children experienced first-hand how the creative process of design works as a live demonstration on laptops. The children attended the official opening of the garden, where the signs were on display, allowing them to feel part of the community project that will be enjoyed for years to come.
